💰 General Pricing Questions
What are your SMS rates?
Our SMS rates start from ₹0.12 per SMS for promotional messages and ₹0.15 for transactional SMS. OTP messages start at ₹0.10 per SMS. Volume discounts of up to 40% are available for high-volume senders.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes! We offer tiered volume discounts based on monthly usage:
- 10,000–50,000 SMS: 10% off
- 50,000–200,000 SMS: 20% off
- 200,000–1,000,000 SMS: 30% off
- 1,000,000+ SMS: Custom pricing — contact sales
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees for any plan. You can get started immediately with our Starter plan. Enterprise accounts may have optional premium features (dedicated IP, custom sender IDs) that have associated costs.
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Our minimum top-up starts at just ₹500 (approximately 3,000+ SMS). There are no minimum monthly commitments — use what you need, when you need it.
Do credits expire?
SMS credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Enterprise plan credits never expire as long as the account remains active.
🧾 Billing & Payments
How do you bill for SMS?
We use a prepaid credit model. Purchase credits upfront, and we deduct per successful delivery. Failed messages are not charged. You only pay for messages that are actually delivered to the recipient.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment methods:
- Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking (all major banks)
- Bank Transfer / NEFT / RTGS
- PayPal (for international clients)
Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes, we provide GST-compliant invoices for all transactions. Add your GSTIN during account setup or in your billing settings, and all invoices will include the proper GST breakdown (CGST + SGST / IGST as applicable).
Do you offer post-paid billing?
Post-paid billing is available for Enterprise plan customers with an established account history. Contact our sales team to discuss post-paid arrangements with monthly invoicing.

What's included in the free trial?
Our free trial includes 500 free SMS credits upon successful registration and DLT mapping with an approved telemarketer, full API access, all messaging types (promotional, transactional, OTP), delivery reports, and email support. No credit card required to start.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately — existing credits carry over. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What's the difference between promotional and transactional SMS?
Promotional SMS are marketing messages sent to opted-in users (delivered during DND-allowed hours). Transactional SMS are service messages like alerts, OTPs, and updates — delivered 24/7 with higher priority routing.
Is there a refund policy?
Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. For specific refund requests, please contact our support team. Failed message credits are automatically returned to your account balance.

What support is included?
All plans include email support. Business plans add priority email + live chat. Enterprise plans include 24/7 phone support, a dedicated account manager, and custom SLA commitments.
How do I check my remaining credits?
Log into your dashboard to view your real-time credit balance. You can also check via our API endpoint or set up low-balance alerts to be notified when credits drop below a threshold you define.
Can I set up auto-recharge?
Yes! Enable auto-recharge in your account settings. Set a minimum balance threshold and a recharge amount — we'll automatically top up your credits when the balance drops below your set limit.
